Critter Club Privacy Policy
To the Parent or Guardian of Our Critter Club Members:
If your family loves crafting together, our Critter Crafts stuffed toys are a new way of bringing you and your child together for a fun project. For even more fun, we've provided a variety of on-line activities for your child to enjoy, including printable coloring book pages, games and Critter Craft personalized certificates. And, if your child signs up with our Critter Club, we'll send them a Happy Birthday email on their big day and also on their Critter pal's birthday.
Our goal is to provide an exciting and interactive way for your child to have fun on the Internet and to do so in a completely safe environment with an emphasis on privacy. Because your child must provide their email address, we require that your child receive your permission before joining the Critter Club. This email address, and any other information collected while joining the Club, will be used solely for sending these fun Happy Birthday messages and will never be shared with a third party in any way.
When joining the Critter Club, your child is asked to provide some personal information, including their date of birth and a parent's email address. The birthday information allows us to send out the email on the correct date. In addition, if your child's birthday shows that they are under 13, we will automatically send you (the parent) an email informing you that your child has requested to sign up for the Critter Club emails. For your review, the email will contain all the information that was provided by your child. By sending you this email, we want to make sure that your child has your permission to be a part of the Critter Club.
At Critter Crafts, fun family activities are important to us. And, we guarantee that these activities are created with the utmost emphasis on protecting the privacy of personal information, especially information provided by your child. We invite you to contact us if you have any concerns regarding our Critter Club or the collection and protection of personal information provided on-line.
At anytime you may remove your child from the Critter Club by clicking on Unsubscribe.
